Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxinye on periodontal index of patients with peri-implantitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with peri-implantitis who were treated in Putian Hanjiang Hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table，with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid washing，and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid washing + gelatin sponge plugging method，and both were treated for 4 weeks.The periodontal indexes between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention，there were no significant differences between the two groups in gingival crevicular bleeding index (SBI)，plaque index (PLI) and periodontal probing depth(P＞0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention，the SBI and PLI of the two groups were lower than those before intervention，and the depth of periodontal exploration was less than that before intervention，the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention，the SBI and PLI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the depth of periodontal exploration was less than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Different ways of using Kangfuxin liquid have a certain influence on the treatment effect.Compared with washing methods，Kangfuxin liquid washing and gelatin sponge infiltration plugging is more effective in improving the periodontal index of patients，and it is clinically worth promoting.
