Abstract: Objective To compare the effects of single port laparoscopic surgery and porous laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 ectopic pregnancy patients to Shenyang Women′s and Children′s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the observation group and the control group using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with single port laparoscopic surgery and the control was treated with porous laparoscopic surgery. The general condition, postoperative pain, aesthetic satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The surgery time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, the difference had statistically significant differences (P<0.05);there were no statistically significant intraoperative blood loss and total cost between the two groups (P>0.05);visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and aesthetic satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Single port laparoscopic surgery can reduce pain and the amount of blood loss during the operation.Patients can recover quickly after the operation, taking into account the advantages of minimally invasive and cosmetic surgery, which has a broad clinical application prospect.
