Abstract: Objective To explore the effect and safety of minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage in children. Methods A total of 80 cases of children with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group used craniotomy and the observation group used minimally invasive puncture. The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time, awake time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the hematoma clearance rate was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Although the hematoma clearance rate of children with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage who are treated by minimally invasive puncture is lower, but it has relatively simple operation and small trauma, and it is conducive to postoperative recovery and has high safety.
