Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of sequential evaluation of disease in the pre-hospital emergency care of patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods The data of 36 AIS patients who received routine nursing in pre-hospital emergency treatment in Yingtan People′s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively selected as the control group, the data of 36 AIS patients who underwent sequential evaluation in pre-hospital emergency care from july 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group. The first aid effect, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of pre-emergency evaluation, outof-hospital first aid, in-hospital first aid, in-hospital diagnosis and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of sequential assessment in pre-hospital emergency care can improve the effect of pre-hospital AIS rescue, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
