病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制在医院病案管理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨病案统计管理信息系统数据质量控制在医院病案管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年8月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院莆田医疗区的5 600 份病案资料，采用病案统计顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各2 800 份病案资料。观察组（2020年1月至2021年8月）采用数据质量控制管理，对照组（2019年1月至12月）采用常规数据管理。比较两组的病案资料数据录入错误发生率，病案书写、病程记录、住院记录、病案首页、辅助检查以及出院记录质量。结果观察组的病案资料数据录入错误发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的病案资料病案书写、病程记录、住院记录、病案首页、辅助检查以及出院记录质量评价得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在病案统计管理信息系统应用过程中，执行数据质量控制管理方案能够有效降低病案资料数据录入错误发生率，提升病案资料的管理质量，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of data quality control of medical record statistical management information system in hospital medical record management. Methods A total of 5 600 medical records from Putian Medical District, Joint Logistic Support Force 900th Hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the statistical order of medical records, with 2 800 medical records in each group. The observation group (January 2020 to August 2021) received data quality control management, while the control group (January to December 2019) received routine data management. The data entry error rate, medical record writing, progress record, hospitalization record, medical record home page, auxiliary examination and discharge record quality were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of data entry error of medical record data in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of medical record writing, course record, hospitalization record, medical record home page, auxiliary examination and discharge record quality evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the application of medical record statistics management information system, the implementation of data quality control management scheme can effectively reduce the incidence of data entry errors of medical record data and improve the management quality of medical record data, which is worthy of clinical application.
