摘要目的 探讨小儿肺热清颗粒在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年12月在江西省儿童医院诊治的84 例痰热壅肺型支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42 例)。对照组患儿采用常规对症基础治疗,观察组采用小儿肺热清颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、中医证候评分、外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞水平差异,比较两组患儿的不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组患儿治疗5 d 后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗5 d 后的中医证候评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗5 d 后的喉间痰鸣/咳痰中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗5 d 后的白细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗5 d 后的中性粒细胞水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间均未发生不良反应。 结论 应用小儿肺热清颗粒治疗支气管肺炎患儿,能够调控机体免疫水平,改善患儿中医证候,提高临床治疗总有效率,且治疗期间安全性良好。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Xiao′er Feireqing Granules in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods From October 2020 to December 2021, 84 children with bronchialpneumonia with phlegm and heat obstructing lung treated in Jiangxi Children′s Hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with Xiao′er Feireqing Granules. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores and the levels of white blood cells, neutrophils, monocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 5 days of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of throat phlegm/expectoration traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 5 days of treatment, the levels of white blood cells, neutrophils and monocytes in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of neutrophils in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both groups during treatment. Conclusion The treatment of children with bronchopneumonia with Xiao′er Feireqing Granules can regulate the immune level of the body, improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the patients, improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment, and the safety during the treatment is good.
