Effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection combined with directional penetrating drug in the treatment of low back pain with osteoporosis and its influence on the pain level and pain mediators of patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection combined with directional penetrating drug in the treatment of low back pain with osteoporosis and its influence on the pain level and pain mediators of patients. Methods A total of 92 patients with osteoporosis and low back pain from September 2020 to August 2021 in the Yangluo District of the Third People′s Hospital of Hubei Province were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases) by ball-touching method. The control group received conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group received Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection combined with directional drug penetrating therapy. The clinical efficacy, pain degree and levels of pain mediators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.09%), and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the VAS score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The levels of nitric oxide (NO) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the level of NO in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection combined with directional penetrating drug can improve clinical efficacy, relieve pain and regulate the level of pain mediator in patients with osteoporosis and low back pain.
