Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of acute Entoloma omiense poisoning, and to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing of this kind of mushroom poisoning in the future. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with acute Entoloma omiense poisoning treated in Guangzhou Twelfth People′s Hospital from June 2016 to July 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics and nursing of poisoning patients were retrospectively analyzed. All patients recovered in a short time. The hospital stay was 1-4 days, with an average of (2.58±1.06) days. Conclusion Acute Entoloma omiense poisoning is gastroenteritis type, generally does not cause liver and kidney damage, and the prognosis is good. In case of poisonous mushroom poisoning, the types of poisonous mushrooms should be found out as soon as possible and the clinical types of poisonous mushrooms should be clarified.
