Objective Detection and drug resistance of Carbapenem-resistant Organism (CRO) in Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2016 to 2020. Methods The detection of Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii (CRAB), Carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas Aeruginosa (CRPA) and Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella Pneumoniae (CRKP) collected from the clinical specimens of inpatients in the Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2016 to December 2020 were counted,and the distribution and drug resistance of the above bacteria were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2020, a total of 766, 816, 1038, 1027, and 586 bacterial strains were detected in Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and a total of 4233 bacterial strains were detected. From 2016 to 2018, the detection rate of CRO showed an upward trend, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). From 2018 to 2020, there was no significant difference in the detection rate of CRO (P>0.05). Except Tobramycin, Cotrimoxazole, Piperacillin/Tazobactam, Tegacyclin and Levofloxacin, the drug resistance rates of CRAB to other commonly used antibiotics were more than 90.00%. Except Tobramycin, Cotrimoxazole, Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Tegacyclin, the resistance rates of CRKP to other commonly used antibiotics were more than 90.00%. Except Imipenem, the resistance rate of CRPA to other commonly used antibiotics was less than 50.00%. Conclusion From 2016 to 2018, the detection rate of CRO in Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine showed an upward trend. The overall level of CRO detection rate in five years was relatively high, especially the highest detection rate of CRKP. Moreover,CRAB and CRPA have higher resistance to a variety of commonly used antibiotics, while CRKP has lower resistance to commonly used antibiotics. Active measures should be taken to strengthen the monitoring of different types of CROs and improve the rationality of antimicrobial use.
