Abstract:Objective To study the application value of fine management in hospital management. Methods The clinical data of 100 hospitalized patients in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from March to December 2019 were retrospectively selected as the control group, and the clinical data of 100 hospitalized patients from January to June 2020 were selected as the observation group. Patients in the control group received routine management, while patients in the observation group received fine management. The total satisfaction of medical services, the total incidence of adverse events and work errors were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfaction of medical service in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than 10.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of management problems, mistakes and improper operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of fine management measures in hospital management has achieved remarkable results and can significantly improve the satisfaction of medical services.
