Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of lateral force in the second stage of labor. Methods A total of 60 births from the Department of Obstetrics, Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group(30 cases) using the digital table method. Patients in the control group used the second stage, and the observation group used the lateral supine force in the second stage. Natural delivery rates, delivery indicators and analgesic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The exertion time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postpartum blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The analgesic satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Epidural labor analgesia has high clinical value in the second stage of labor and lateral force. It can improve the speed of labor and improve satisfaction.
