Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with Zishen Pinggan therapy in the treatment of climacteric hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with menopause hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity treated in Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given Irbesartan Tablet oral antihypertensive treatment, observation group was given holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with Zishen Pinggan treatment. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and hormone levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of estradiol (E2), androgen (T) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The serum E2 level of the two group after treatment were higher than those before treatment, while T and FSH levels were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, serum E2 level in observation group was higher than that of control group, while T and FSH levels were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The holographic meridian scraping therapy combined with Zishen Pinggan therapy has a definite clinical effect on climacteric hypertension, which can relieve the symptoms of menopause and improve the level of hypertension and estrogen levels in patients with climacteric hypertension. It is worthy of broad application.
