Abstract:Objective To explore the differences of plaque characteristics in patients with different types of angina pectoris under 64-slice CT coronary angiography. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed in Lushan Rehabilitation Center (Jiujiang 171 Hospital) from April 2019 to April 2021 were retrospectively selected, and they were divided into the stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (n=34) and unstable angina pectoris (UAP)group (n=46).All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. The number of plaques detected in different positions of the coronary artery (left anterior descending artery (LAD),left main coronary artery (LM),left circumflex artery (LCX),right coronary artery (RCA)],as well as the nature of plaque and stenosis of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the number of plaques in different positions of coronary artery between the two groups (P>0.05).The detection rate of soft plaque and mixed plaque in UAP group was higher than that in SAP group, and the detection rate of hard plaque was lower than that in SAP group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The detection rates of mild stenosis and moderate stenosis in the UAP group were higher than those in the SAP group, and the detection rate of severe stenosis was lower than that in the SAP group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion 64-slice CT coronary angiography can clearly display the characteristics of plaques of different properties, clarify the properties of plaques at different locations, and effectively analyze the stenosis of blood vessels, which can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
