Abstract:Objective To investigate the appliction effect of different doses of Dexmedetomidine assisted low epidural anesthesia in orthopaedic lower limb surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent orthopedic lower limb surgery in Xintai People′s Hospital from December 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the study group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) by throwing sieve method. The study group received 0.5 μg/(kg·h) Dexmedetomidine for low epidural anesthesia, and the control group received 0.25 μg/(kg·h)Dexmedetomidine for low epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia effect, physical signs, adverse reactions and anesthesia indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in study group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After anesthesia, systolic blood pressure (SBP) in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and heart rate (HR) and respiratory rate (RR)were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05),while SpO2 in the two groups showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).The total incidence of adr in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and early recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing orthopedic lower extremity surgery,0.5 μg/(kg·h) Dexmedetomidine assisted low epidural anesthesia has a stable effect, stable patient signs, high safety, and worthy of promotion.
