Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of psychosocial intervention with adjuvant Zasidone treatment in adolescent schizophrenia (SCH).Methods A total of 88 adolescent schizophrenia SCH patients admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Yingkou City from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the drug group and the adjuvant intervention group according to random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The drug group was treated with Zirasidone orally, while the adjuvant intervention group performed a psychosocial intervention on the basis of taking Zirasidone. The clinical efficacy, insight and social function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the adjuvant intervention group after treatment was higher than that of the drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the social disability screening schedule (SDSS) score and the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of SDSS and ITAQ of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of SDSS and ITAQ of the adjuvant intervention group after treatment were lower than those in the drug group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the adolescent children with SCH,psychosocial intervention with adjuvant Zirazidone treatment can improve their social function and self-knowledge state, and help to improve the clinical efficacy.
