Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with recurrent coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 121 patients with recurrent coronary heart disease treated in Dalian Friendship Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research objects according to convenient sampling.The data was collected and sorted out,and the risk factors affecting their quality of life was analyzed.Results The total score of Chinese cardiovascular quality of life questionnaire (CQQC) in patients with recurrent coronary heart disease was(84.65±21.65) points,which was in the middle level.Univariate analysis showed that education level,family income per month,payment of medical expenses,hypertension,smoking history,diabetes mellitus and social support were related to the quality of life of patients with recurrent coronary heart disease (P<0.05).Marital status,age,educational level,gender,course of disease,cardiac function grade and hyperlipidemia were not related to the quality of life of patients with recurrent coronary heart disease (P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the risk factors of quality of life in patients with recurrent coronary heart disease were medical expenses,self education,education level,high school and below,smoking history,family per capita income less than 3000 yuan,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,resilience<70 points,and social support<45 points (P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with recurrent coronary heart disease is at a moderate level,which is influenced by the payment method of medical expenses,hypertension,education,smoking history,family income per month,diabetes mellitus and social support.
