Application effect of wearable long-term remote electrocardiogram monitor and traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of senile arrhythmia
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of wearable long-term remote electrocardiogram monitor and traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of senile arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 150 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in Fuzhou Seventh Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different electrocardiogram monitor methods, they were divided into the control group, the observation group A and the observation group B,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was monitored by traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram, and the observation group A and the observation group B were monitored by wearable long-term remote electrocardiogram monitor for 24 and 72 hours respectively. The detection rate of arrhythmia events and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results There was significant difference in the detection rate of arrhythmia events between the control group, the observation group A and the observation group B (P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of arrhythmia events between the control group and the observation group A (P>0.05).The detection rate of arrhythmia events in the observation group B was higher than that in the control group and the observation group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.017).There were no significant differences in the incidence of erythema, edema, itching and pain among the three groups during the monitoring period (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram, the wearable long-term remote electrocardiogram monitor can better detect arrhythmia in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, and there is no obvious adverse reaction during the monitoring period, and the operation safety is higher.
