Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of Bard minimally invasive breast circumcision treated breast tumor. Methods From January to December 2019, 80 patients with breast cancer who underwent Bard′s minimally invasive mastectomy in our hospital were selected as objects of study, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing on this basis. The changes of perioperative emotional state score, postoperative hospital stay, complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after operation, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can improve the perioperative emotional state of patients with breast cancer, promote the postoperative recovery and reduce the risk of complications.
