Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of overall continuous nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods A total of 52 patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group (n=26) and observation group (n=26) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine orthopedic nursing intervention, the observation group adopted overall continuous nursing intervention, and the hip and knee function scores, complication rate, anxiety and depression scores, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of hip and knee function in observation group were higher than those in control group at 12 months after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 11.54%, lower than that in the control group of 38.46%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores before nursing were not statistically significant (P>0.05), and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing 12 months, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The overall continuous nursing mode for patients with femoral neck fractures is helpful for the effective recovery of joint function and reduces the incidence of clinical complications.
