Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of nursing risk management based on the concept of circular quality control on the satisfaction and adverse reactions of outpatient infusion patients. Methods From July 2018 to December 2019, a total of 100 patients who were infused in the outpatient infusion room of Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Center were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into two groups by random number table methods, each group had 50 cases. Satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The service attitude, puncture technique, and infusion environment satisfaction scores of the observation group ([4.13±0.42]points, [4.32±0.32] points, [4.15±0.59] points) were higher than those of the control group ([3.82±0.24] points, [3.98±0.27] points, [3.84±0.31] points], the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.00%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing risk management based on the idea of circular quality control can effectively improve the satisfaction of outpatients with transfusion, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the conflicts between doctors and patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
