Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of detail thinking management method in psychiatric nursing management. Methods A total of 130 psychiatric patients in Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as research objects, they were divided into observation group (65 cases)and control group (65 cases) according to the method of random number table. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, and patients in the observation group were given detail thinking nursing management on the basis of the control group. The scores of nursing management quality, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results There were no differences in the quality of nursing management (basic nursing quality, nursing document quality, nursing skill quality, safety nursing quality and goods management quality) between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention, the scores of nursing quality management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.62%, it was lower than that in the control group which was 18.46%, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.31%, it was higher than that in the control group which was 78.46%, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of detail thinking management method in psychiatric nursing management can help to improve the quality of nursing management and patients′ satisfaction with nursing work, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical reference.
