Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform to assist humanistic care after occupational exposure of outpatient nurses. Methods A total of 42 outpatient nurses with occupational exposure from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected, 21 exposed nurses from January 2015 to December 2016 were used as the control group, while 21 exposed nurses from January 2017 to December 2018 were used as the intervention group. The control group was given routine mode, and the intervention group adopted WeChat platform to assist humanistic care measures on the basis of control group. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat platform to assist humanistic care for outpatient nurses after occupational exposure can improve their psychological state, alleviate bad emotions, thus improve work efficiency, and the effect is remarkable.
