Abstract：The epidemic situation of COVID-19 has spread throughout the country.In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of pneumonia,maternal and children′s hospitals have started independent infection buildings,far away from outpatient and inpatient buildings,and carry out professional training for doctors and triage nurses.Continuous quality improvement was carried out in the aspects of pre-examination triage,fever clinic,isolation ward location and post responsibilities,work flow,personnel deployment,training and assessment,quality control,personal protection of pre-examination triage personnel,etc.It ensures the smooth progress of the task of prevention and early warning institutions for the prevention and early warning of infectious diseases,so as to achieve the effect of centralized diagnosis,treatment and management of febrile patients and improve the environment of patients,to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
