Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of SBAR communication mode in patients with syncope syndrome by venous blood collection. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,400 patients in our hospital outpatient with venous blood collection dizziness needle were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,200 cases in each group. The control group used routine communication mode to communicate with patients, the observation group used SBAR communication mode to communicate with patients according to situation (S),bbackground (B),assessment (A),recommendation (R) procedure, the anxiety degree, satisfaction with the communication between nurses and patients and the adverse event of venous blood collection between the two groups were compared. Results After blood collection, the anxiety degree of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse event in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The SBAR communication mode can significantly improve the stress and anxiety of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients with the communication, reduce the occurrence of the adverse event of venous blood collection, and protect the patients′ safety, improve the quality of nursing care, and make the patients recover at an early date.
