Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction (CVA) and constipation.Methods From February 2017 to May 2018,60 patients with constipation admitted to our hospital during the period of CVA in elderly patients were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) following the blind computer test.The control group used conventional rehabilitation nursing methods,the observation group was given evidence-based rehabilitation nursing.The total nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction and constipation frequency of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the constipation frequency was lower than that in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with CVA and constipation with evidence-based rehabilitation nursing method,nursing efficiency is higher,constipation symptoms are significantly improved,nursing satisfaction is higher,worthy of clinical application.
