Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous nursing service in lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) patients with interventional therapy. Methods A total of 82 patients with ASO admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (41 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on the control group. The scores of exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA),quality of life questionnaire-core 30 (QLQ-C30) on discharge and after discharge for 6 months, and the recurrence of disease were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of ESCA and QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).No reocclusion occurred in the observation group, and the incidence of reocclusion in the control group was 14.63%;the incidence of restenosis in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing service in ASO patients with interventional therapy can effectively increase the level of self-management,improve quality of life, and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
