Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of therapeutic communication based on humanistic care on laparoscopic patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 132 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were divided into control group (68 cases,routine nursing) and observation group (64 cases,adding based on humanistic care) by the random number table method.The anxiety,depression,sleep treatment scores,surgical related indicators and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the self-rating depression scale (SDS) score,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and Pittsburgh sleep quality (PQSI) score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation-related index time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic communication based on humanistic care can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion.
