Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing intervention on patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic radical cervical cancer surgery. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,60 patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic radical cervical cancer treated in our hospital were selected.Based on the random number table method, patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing.Based on this, the experimental group added the predictive nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative complications, urinary indwelling time and residual urine volume, length of hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the urinary indwelling time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the residual urine volume was less than the control group, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the 3D laparoscopic radical cervical cancer nursing, combined with predictive nursing intervention,it can not only reduce postoperative complications, reduce residual urine volume, shorten urinary indwelling time and hospitalization time, but also improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
