Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid on cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive drilling and drainage. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2019 were selected for study. According to the method of random touch, they were divided into two groups, 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. The patients in control group were treated with routine therapy, and the patients in observation group were treated with Naoxueshu oral liquid on the basis of routine therapy. The number of residual hematomas before treatment, 10 days after treatment and 15 days after treatment were compared between the two groups. The improvement of neurological function (National Institutes of Health Stroke scale, NIHSS) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 3 weeks of continuous treatment were compared. Results After 10 and 15 days of treatment, the residual hematomas in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05). After 3 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the ADL scores were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Naoxueshu oral liquid can not only shorten the course of disease, but also improve the condition of nerve function defect and improve the treatment efficiency.
