Abstract：With the deepening of the new medical reform,the mode of ＂one hospital,two districts＂ came into being.Choosing the optimal management mode to maximize the social and economic benefits of the hospital has attracted the attention of decision makers and managers of medical and health institutions.This paper takes the ＂one hospital,two districts＂ model of Huizhou Herbalist Doctor Hospital as an example,through the vertical evaluation of its comprehensive benefits,summarizes the operation and management experience,and provides reference for further improving the management level and decision-making ability of ＂one hospital,two districts＂.
