Intervention effect evaluation of delicacy management of hypertension high-risk population in Suzhou rural area under the background of town village integration

Abstract：Objective To explore the intervention effect of delicacy management of hypertension high-risk population in Suzhou rural area under the background of town village integration.Methods A total of 120 cases of hypertension high-risk population who lived in Songling Town,Wujiang District,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects.The awareness rate of health knowledge,prevalence of unhealthy lifestyle and detection rate of abnormal physical examination indexes of high-risk hypertension population were compared and analyzed before the implementation (January 2016 to June 2016) and after the implementation (July 2016 to June 2017) of town village integrated general practice team refined comprehensive intervention..Results After the intervention,the awareness rates of health knowledge of hypertension high-risk population such as "knowing the hazards of passive smoking","knowing the diagnostic criteria of hypertension","knowing the latest blood pressure value","knowing the recommended amount of daily salt","knowing that blood pressure should be measured regularly","knowing the complications of hypertension" and "knowing that the blood pressure was not the lower the better"were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the prevalence rates of adverse lifestyle of hypertension high-risk population such as "heavy salt in diet"," heavy oil in diet","eating less vegetables","no fruits or eating less fruits in diet","no grains and beans in diet","being fond of fat meat" and "no physical exercise" were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the prevalence rates of adverse lifestyle of hypertension high-risk population such as "long-term smoking","excessive drinking" and "no milk and its products",showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).After intervention,the detection rates of abnormal physical examination indicators of hypertension high-risk population such as diastolic blood pressure ≥80 mmHg,male waist circumference≥90 cm,female waist circumference ≥85 cm,total cholesterol (TC) ≥5.7 mmol/L,triglyceride (TG) ≥1.71 mmol/L,were all lower than those before intervention,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the detection rates of abnormal physical examination indexes of hypertension high-risk population such as body mass index (BMI) ≥24 kg/m2 and systolic blood pressure ≥120 mmHg compared with those before intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of town village integrated general practice team delicacy comprehensive intervention,can significantly improve the awareness rate of hypertension health knowledge of rural hypertension high-risk population,also can reduce the prevalence of unhealthy lifestyle and abnormal physical examination index detection rate.It obtains a satisfactory application effect and deserves further promotion.
