Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of crisis management-based nursing intervention on function and psychological status of patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 106 patients with anorectal surgery treated in Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,53 cases in each group.Among them,the control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out nursing intervention based on crisis management,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared..Results The self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The visual analogue score (VAS) scores at 6,12 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had local edema,urinary retention,infection and other complications,but the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.55%,which was lower than that in the control group of 26.42%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the observation group,the total satisfaction rate was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 83.02%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on crisis management can improve the anxiety and depression status of patients,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,and has strong practicability,which can be widely recommended for clinical application.
