Abstract:Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing after cesarean section of pregnancy-induced hypertension with acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 106 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and acute left heart failure puerperal cesarean section who were admitted to Shenyang Red Cross Hospital,Liaoning Province from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided control group and observation group according to the method of care,38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, while the observation group was given predictive care on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of intervention, the blood pressure,self-anxiety scale (SAS),self-depression scale (SDS) score and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared..Results After intervention, the blood pressure,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.11% (52/53),higher than that of the control group′s 84.91 % (45/53),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the blood pressure of pregnant women with acute left heart failure and maternal cesarean section, relieve psychological pressure, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote postpartum recovery.
