Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous nursing model in type 2 diabetes (T2DM).Methods From January to December 2018,totally 108 patients with T2DM in Liaoning Provincical People′s Hospital were selected,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using convenient sampling,54 cases in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance,the observation group received continuous nursing.The quality of life,self-care ability and blood sugar level of the two groups were compared..Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing mode in patients with T2DM can improve the patients′s quality of life,promote their self-care ability,and reduce blood glucose level.
