Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of micro-class combined with problem-based learning (PBL)teaching model in the teaching of cholelithiasis for standardized training students (STSs).Methods A total of 64 STSs who rotated in department of hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital from September 2015 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The experiment group was given micro-class and PBL teaching,while the control group was given traditional teaching method.After the rotation,scores of theoretical examination,practical skills test and comprehensive capacityof STSs were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical skills test of the experimental group ([92.94±2.98] points,[92.31±1.91] points) were higher than those of the control group ([87.75±3.84] points,[89.13±2.52] points),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of self-learning ability,learning interest,practical ability,thinking ability and understanding ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro-class and PBL teaching can improve the theoretical and practical performance of STSs and enhance the comprehensive ability of disease diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
