PDCA管理在小儿支气管肺炎护理管理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨PDCA管理在小儿支气管肺炎护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月～2019年6月我院收治的90例小儿支气管肺炎患儿，应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各45例。对照组进行常规护理，研究组在对照组的条件上进行PDCA管理。比较两组的护理管理效果、肺功能、症状消失时间、住院时间、总满意度。结果研究组的护理管理效果高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的肺功能高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的症状消失时间早于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小儿支气管肺炎护理管理中，PDCA管理的效果显著，值得临床使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management in the nursing management of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the study group received PDCA management on the condition of the control group.The nursing management effect,lung function,disappearance time of symptoms,hospitalization time and total satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing management effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The lung function of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of children with bronchial pneumonia,PDCA management is effective and worthy of clinical use.
