Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA management in the nursing management of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the study group received PDCA management on the condition of the control group.The nursing management effect,lung function,disappearance time of symptoms,hospitalization time and total satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing management effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The lung function of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of children with bronchial pneumonia,PDCA management is effective and worthy of clinical use.
