Abstract：According to the Good Clinical Practice of Pharmaceutical Products (hereinafter referred to as "GCP") and combined with the current situation of drug management for clinical trials in People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),our hospital has explored and established a more standardized and scientific drug management model for clinical trials,besides,our hospital has revised the drug management system,standardized the operation procedures and plans,equipped with standardized drug management facilities and equipment with dedicated personnel to manage drugs and continuously improved the drug management model through quality control in order to better ensure the safety of subjects and the quality of clinical trials.It has been proved in practice that assigning specific person management of experimental drugs can effectively improve the management level of experimental drugs by relying on the pharmacy of the GCP center and the small drug storehouse of the professional departments.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for the development of clinical testing institutions to establish a standardized management model for clinical testing drugs.
