Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of unhealthy emotions,anxiety and depression in infertile patients and the related factors,so as to provide suggestions for the future treatment.Methods A total of 205 infertile patients from January 2019 to December 2019 in Beijing Daxing District Maternal and Children Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,symptom self-assessment scale SCL-90,Zong anxiety scale and Zong depression scale were filled in.The data were sorted,quantified and assigned.The negative emotions,depression and anxiety of infertile patients were analyzed by chi square test,the related risk factors of multiple factors were analyzed by Logistic regression,and LR backward stepwise method was selected..Results Among infertile patients,the incidence of bad mood was 24.88%,the incidence of anxiety was 19.02%,and the incidence of depression was 20.00%.Infertility treatment time (β=0.538,OR=1.713,95%CI=1.114-2.634) was a risk factor for bad mood (P<0.05),income (β=-0.334,OR=0.716,95%CI=0.523-0.980) and social support (β=-2.911,OR=0.054,95%CI=0.023-0.130)were protective factors for bad mood (P<0.05); residence (β=0.985,OR=2.678,95%CI=1.189-6.032) and non-pregnancy time (β=1.228,OR=3.415,95%CI=1.834-6.358) were risk factors for anxiety (P<0.05),social support (β=-1.786,OR=0.168,95 %CI=0.074-0.377) was a protective factor for anxiety(P<0.05); treatment cost (β=0.552,OR=1.738,95%CI=1.029-2.933) was a risk factor for depression,education level (β=-0.280,OR=0.756,95%CI=0.543-0.949) and social support (β=-2.949,OR=0.052,95%CI=0.020-0.135) were the protective factors of depression (P<0.05).Conclusion Infertility is a disease related to physiological,psychological and social problems.Patients are prone to have unhealthy emotions,anxiety and depression.Treatment time,residence,time of infertility and treatment cost are the risk factors of the above emotions.Income,cultural level and social support are the protective factors.More social support can better treat infertility.
