Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of Survivin and p300/CBP-related factor in cervical carcinoma and the relationship between the two factors. Methods A total of 40 patients with cervical carcinoma and 10 patients without cervical carcinoma who were admitted to Dongying District People′s Hospital of Dongying city from February 2016 to February 2020 were selected and were divided into cervical carcinoma group and normal cervical tissue group. The Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Survivin protein and p300/CBP-related factor in cervical tissue, and the expression characteristics and clinical significance of Survivin protein and p300/CBP-related factor were compared and analyzed..Results The positive expression rate of Survivin protein in cervical carcinoma group (72.5%) was higher than that in normal cervical tissue group (0.0%),the difference was highly statistically significant (χ2=17.262,P<0.001).The positive expression rate of Survivin protein gradually increased with the increase of neoplasm stage and pathologic grade (P<0.05) and had no relationship with the age and histological type of the patient(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of p300/CBP-related factor in cervical carcinoma group (40.0%) was lower than that of normal cervical tissue group (80.0%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.128,P=0.024).The positive expression rate of p300/CBP-related factor gradually increased with the increase of neoplasm stage and pathologic grade (P<0.05),and had no relationship with the age and histological type of the patient (P>0.05).The expression of Survivin protein and p300/CBP-related factor in cervical carcinoma was closely related. Conclusion The abnormal high expression of Survivin protein and the low expression of p300/CBP related factor play a role in cervical carcinoma, and are related to the clinical stage and tumor grade of cervical carcinoma, suggesting that the prognosis of cervical carcinoma is poor. There was also a correlation between the two proteins.
