温经益禀法治疗寒湿体质卵巢储备功能下降患者的效果及对血清促卵泡生成激素、黄体生成激素、雌二醇的影响

摘要目的探讨温经益禀法治疗寒湿体质卵巢储备功能下降（DOR）患者的效果及对血清促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）的影响。方法选取2018年1月～2019年1月宁夏回族自治区银川市第一人民医院收治的60例寒湿体质DOR 患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者入院后给予戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用温经益禀法治疗。治疗结束后，比较两组患者的临床疗效；比较两组患者治疗前后的卵巢储备功能[子宫内膜厚度、平均卵巢直径（MOD）]以及性激素（FSH、LH、E2）指标差异；比较两组患者用药期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的治疗后总有效率（83.33%）高于对照组（60.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后的子宫内膜厚度、MOD水平高于治疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后的FSH、LH 水平低于治疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患者治疗后的E2 水平高于治疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论采用温经益禀法对寒湿体质DOR 患者进行治疗，是安全有效的，能够改善患者的卵巢储备功能，调节性激素水平。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Wenjing Yibing method in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function (DOR) patients with cold and dampness constitution and its effect on serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2).Methods Sixty DOR patients with cold and dampness constitution admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.After admission,patients in the control group were given Estradiol Valerate Tablets/Estradiol Cycloprogesterone Tablets for treatment.On the basis of the control group,patients in the treatment group were added with Wenjing Yibing method for treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The differences in ovarian reserve function (endometrial thickness,mean ovarian diameter [MOD]) and sex hormone (FSH,LH,E2) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions during medication was compared between the two groups..Results The total response rate after treatment in the treatment group (83.33%) was higher than that in the control group (60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and MOD levels of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH and LH levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat DOR patients with cold and dampness constitution by using the Wenjing Yibing method,which can improve the ovarian reserve function of patients and regulate the level of sex hormone.
