Abstract:Objective To explore the application of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography in central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC).Methods A total of 46 patients (46 eyes) with CEC who admitted to Eye Hospital of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the conventional group by block randomized grouping method, with 23 cases in each group. The fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) examination was performed on patients in the conventional group, and the OCT angiography examination was performed on patients in the study group. The total detection rate of CEC examination, the total incidence of adverse reactions after detection, the clarity and the accuracy of detection were compared between the two groups..Results The total detection rate of CEC,the clarity and the accuracy of detection in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion OCT angiography has higher application value in the diagnosis of patients with CEC,it can effectively reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions in patients, and has clinical significance.
