Abstract：Objective To explore the application of mammography combined with ultrasound in early breast cancer screening.Methods A total of 54 female patients who were screened for early breast cancer in Xinqiao Hospital of Chinese People′s Liberation Army Military Medical University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and examined by breast ultrasound and mammography.The pathological results were taken as the judgment criteria.The accuracy of breast ultrasound,mammography and mammography combined with ultrasound in early breast cancer screening and the situation of lesions were compared..Results The results and the accuracy of detection of lesion size of mammography combined with ultrasound were higher than those of mammography alone or ultrasound alone,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the results and the accuracy of the size of the lesions of mammography combined with ultrasound and clinical pathology (P>0.05).Conclusion The mammography combined with ultrasound is effective in early breast cancer screening,which can significantly improve the accuracy of screening and provide clinical reference for early clinical treatment.
