Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Dezocine used before the end of surgery on postoperative recovery and pain of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with hysteromyoma undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group received Dezocine intravenously at 15 min before the end of the surgery,and the control group only received 1 mg Fentanyl.Then the changes of related indexes during anesthesia recovery were compared.The changes of pain numerical rating scale (NRS) scores at different time points after surgery were compared.The changes of objective indexes of pain (serum substance P [SP] and serum neuropeptide [NPY]) between the two groups during anesthesia recovery were compared.The incidence of complications in the two groups was counted.Results The recovery breathing time,consciousness recovery time and tracheal extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The NRS scores of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 12,24 and 48 h after surgery,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).During anesthesia recovery,the SP and NPY levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total proportion of dizziness,nausea,vomiting,constipation and burst pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine analgesia for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can effectively promote anesthesia recovery and reduce pain score and the release of pain-causing substances,and it has few adverse reactions and high safety.
