Abstract:External nasal basal cell carcinoma comes from the basal layer of the epithelium and belongs to the category of skin cancer. It is more common in the elderly and has a lower degree of malignancy. In the early period,it can appear as a dark brown nodule. The typical symptoms can be seen in the central skin rupture, with black scab attached to the surface, which does not heal for a long time. The diagnosis must rely on medical examination.Surgical treatment is often preferred in clinical practice, and close follow-up is required after surgery to prevent tumor recurrence. In order to improve the cognitive sensitivity to malignant tumor recurrence,1 case of full-thickness defect of recurrent nasal alar basal cell carcinoma was reported, and the clinical effect of local flaps repair for full-thickness defect of nasal alar was evaluated.
