Abstract: Objective To explore the high-risk factors and prognosis of fetal growth restriction (FGR),so as to provide reference for prenatal consultation and treatment. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with FGR admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2013 to December 31,2019 were selected as the observation group, and 80 pregnant women without FGR were selected as control group. The clinical data of the two groups were observed, and the high-risk factors and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were analyzed..Results The maternal factors (pregnancy induced hypertension, twins, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, oligohydramnios),umbilical cord abnormality, placental abnormalities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of neonatal asphyxia, incidence of related complications, mortality and stillbirth rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal factors, placentas and umbilical cord factors are the high risk factors of fetal growth restriction. It is suggested that strict screening should be carried out in clinical antenatal examination, the propaganda and education of prenatal examination knowledge of pregnant women should be strengthened, and prenatal nutrition guidance service should be provided to promote the smooth progress of eugenics and eugenics.
