Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of different operation methods in the early breast cancer patients. Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,52 patients with early stage breast cancer (stage Ⅰand stage ⅡA)were selected and divided into the breast-conserving group (28 cases) and the modified radical operation group (24 cases) according to the different treatment methods. The breast-conserving group was treated with the breast-conserving operation, and the modified radical operation group was treated with modified radical operation. The operation time, incision length, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Three months after operation, objective excellent rate and subjective total satisfaction of the affected breast were evaluated. Results The operation time, incision length and hospitalization time of the breast-conserving group were shorter than those of the modified radical operation group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding of the breast-conserving group was less than that of the modified radical operation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate of the breast-conserving group was 7.14%,which was lower than 20.83% of the modified radical operation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The objective excellent rate and subjective total satisfaction of the breast-conserving group were higher than those of the modified radical operation group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The breast-conserving surgery has less trauma and less complications in the treatment of early breast cancer, and can obtain better breast appearance effect and higher satisfaction.
