Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 66 patients who were treated in Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2016 to January 2020,they were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to different surgery operation,33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy, the control group was treated with transvaginal operation. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the time when serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) decreased to normal, the first normal menstruation time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups..Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the first normal menstrual time and serum β-hCG recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy has the advantages of less blood loss, short operative time and short hospital stay.At the same time,it can repair the morphology of the uterus and retain the fertility function. It is a feasible treatment method, which is worthy of clinical application
