摘要目的 探讨中山市学龄前儿童体育行为对其体质健康的影响。方法 回顾性分析2018年1~12月在中山市某幼儿园两个中班班级就读的90名学龄前儿童的资料,按照教学方式不同分为对照组(45名)和研究组(45名)。对照组采用常规教学活动方法,研究组采用常规教学活动结合运动处方方法。分别比较两组男生和女生干预前后的相关体能指标(身高、体重、10 m 往返跑、立定跳远、网球掷远、双脚连续跳、坐位体前屈、平衡木)变化情况。结果 干预前两组男生及女生的各项体能指标评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组男生及女生在干预前后的各项体能指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组男生及女生的身高、10 m 往返跑、立定跳远、网球掷远、双脚连续跳、坐位体前屈、平衡木的指标评分均高于干预前,且均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后研究组男生及女生的体重评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且干预后与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 给予学龄前儿童使用运动处方对其体育行为进行干预,可提高学龄前儿童的体质健康。
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of physical activity of preschool children on their physical health in Zhongshan City.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 90 preschool children in two middle classes of a kindergarten in Zhongshan City from January to December in 2018,they were divided into a control group (45 children) and a research group (45 children) according to different teaching methods.The control group used conventional teaching activities,and the research group used conventional teaching activities combined with exercise prescription method.The changes of physical fitness indexes (height,weight,10 m round-trip running,standing long jump,tennis throw,double foot continuous jump,sit forward flexion,balance beam) were compared respectively between the two groups of boys and girls before and after the intervention..Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of physical fitness indexes between the two groups (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of physical fitness indexes between boys and girls in the control group before and after the intervention (P>0.05).After the intervention,the index scores of height,10 m round-trip running,standing long jump,tennis throw,double foot continuous jump,sitting forward flexion and balance beam in the research group were higher than those before the intervention,and were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the body weight scores of boys and girls in the research group before and after the intervention (P>0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups after intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion Intervening preschool children with exercise prescriptions to intervene their physical behaviors can improve the physical health of preschool children.
