Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with peripheral vascular disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Shenyang First People′s Hospital who received peripheral vascular disease-related examinations from December 2016 to December 2019 were choosed.40 patients diagnosed with definite peripheral vascular disease were the onset group, and 40 patients excluded from peripheral vascular disease were the non-onset group. The influence of gender, age, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease on the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with peripheral vascular diseases were analysed..Results The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease (P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that smoking history (β=2.349,OR=2.819,95%CI=1.219-3.408),hypertension (β=1.833,OR=5.167,95%CI=1.035-5.457),pulmonary heart disease (β=2.925,OR=5.868,95%CI=1.596-6.245),type 2 diabetes mellitus (β=1.712,OR=5.523,95%CI=2.102-7.836) and hyperlipidemia (β=1.293,OR=2.446,95%CI=1.381-4.319) were independent risk factors for the onset of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with peripheral vascular disease (P<0.05).Course of disease complicated with type 2 diabetes, course of disease complicated with hypertension, course of disease complicated with hyperlipidemia, course of disease complicated with pneumonia heart disease and course of disease complicated with coronary heart disease were positively correlated with the prevalence rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with peripheral vascular disease (P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking history, hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease are the relevant and independent risk factors for the occurrence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with peripheral vascular disease, and the course of disease is positively correlated with the prevalence rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with peripheral vascular disease.
