Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided deep cervical plexus+bilateral superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia in thyroid surgery. Methods A total of 60 cases of thyroid surgery admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects. The computer randomized grouping method was used to divide them into three groups, namely group A,group B,and group C,20 cases in each group.Group A underwent ultrasound-guided deep cervical plexus+bilateral superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia, group B underwent simple cervical plexus block, and group C underwent general anesthesia intubation. The mean arterial pressure and heart rate changes and complications of the three groups were compared.Incidence rate, anesthesia comfort score were compared..Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in different time periods in group A were better than those in group B and group C (P<0.05); the total incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B and group C (P<0.05); comfort score of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In thyroid surgery,ultrasound-guided deep cervical plexus+bilateral superficial cervical plexus block anesthesia has a significant anesthetic effect and is worthy of clinical reference.
